Warranty & Returns Policy

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS:
Any cancellation and return requests must be submitted in writing for approval by Henry A. Petter Supply Company and may be subject to restocking and other charges. All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in saleable condition and accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number and Invoice Number. Goods returned due to our or factory error will be credited without expense to you. Over, short, or damage notification must be made within 5 days of shipment. Returned special orders are subject to Factory Return Authorization and acceptance.

WARRANTY:
As seller, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, merchantability, quality, fitness or suitability of the merchandise in any respect including its fitness for the purpose and uses of the buyer. Before using, the user must determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and the user assumes all risk in connection with that determination. The only warranties applying to materials sold are those specifically provided by the manufacturer. The obligations of the seller are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or at its option to refund the purchase price. Seller is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. We shall not be subject to and disclaim (1) any other obligations or liabilities arising out of breach of contract or of warranty; (2) any obligations whatsoever arising for tort claims (including negligence and strict liability) or arising out of other theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by Henry A. Petter Supply Company, or any undertakings, acts or omissions related thereto.
