USER AGREEMENT: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICES:
The prices on this website are net wholesale prices and are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the payment terms for purchases with established credit are NET 30 DAYS from the date of invoice. All balances unpaid 45 days after invoice are subject to a service charge based upon prevailing interest rates.
QUOTATIONS:
Quotations are for immediate acceptance and valid for no more than 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices quoted are FOB point of origin unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to correct typographical or clerical errors.
SALES TAX:
We are registered to collect sales tax in the states of Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee. We are required by these states to invoice and collect sales tax on all orders unless we have a valid sales tax exemption certificate on file. Any tax now in effect, or hereafter imposed, on any item sold by us will be added to the price quoted. The purchaser is responsible for remitting any applicable tax directly to the states not listed above for merchandise shipped to those states.

Illustrations and descriptions are for the sole purpose of identification and do not imply or express a warranty that the products are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose or that the product will necessarily conform to the illustrations or descriptions. The value of the material sent is our only liability.
FREIGHT:
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, freight will be charged for shipments to a customer’s place of business if a third party carrier is used to make the shipment. In addition, charges will be assessed for deliveries made via UPS. Special deliveries made by our delivery fleet may also be subject to charges.
